Angela has helped a wide variety of clients build and defend domestic and international intellectual property portfolios.  She has advised clients in global patent portfolio development, due diligence associated with corporate financing and acquisitions, competitive landscape analysis, and strategic structuring of IP portfolios. While focusing on the medical device industry, Angela represents clients of varying sizes across a diverse range of technologies.

Sean was a partner at Knobbe Martens Olson and Bear LLP for 13 years before joining Via LLP’s partnership in 2026. Before attending UCLA School of Law, he was an IC design engineer for several years, building Ethernet transceiver chips for Solarflare Communications.
